FIND OUT WHY YOU NEED A BUYER'S AGENT

If you are interested in looking at new construction homes for sale, I strongly suggest you consider going into new developments in the company of a realtor who will represent you as a buyer’s agent.  The builder’s sales staff are usually very friendly and are quite knowledgeable, but they are there principally to sell houses and are not required to protect your interests at all. In general, since they are in the employ of the builder they serve the builder’s interests only.  So the question is, who is going to help you and protect your interests?

As your agent I will help you work with the builder’s sales staff to ensure that the entire transaction goes smoothly so that the builder’s punch list is properly met, timely inspections are made, and that your interests are protected throughout the entire course of the home buying process.

NO CHARGE TO YOU

It should also be noted that there is no charges made to our clients for this service.   We do not charge any fees before, during, or after the process. We are paid a buyer’s agent commission at closing which is usually a percentage (usually 3%) of the final sales price and is paid from the seller’s side of the transaction.
