Based on recent home sales data from the Charleston Trident MLS, the gap continues to widen between single family residential real estate prices in the City of Charleston and the Town of Mount Pleasant.  Mount Pleasant has been an attractive destination for many thousands of families over the years and that is reflected in the growth of the town, which was recently cited as being the fastest growing municipality East of the Mississippi.
