Selling a home is among the most important decisions you will ever make and it is important to have expert guidance to make the process go as smoothly as possible. My personal experience as a buyer and a seller has taught me the importance of every step in the real estate process. I also realize what many seem to forget – the sale of your home is a legal transaction. I keep careful records of communications, thoroughly follow up, make sure all the proper paperwork is correctly filled out, initialed, dated and signed and that all relevant and necessary information is disclosed and appropriate information is given to the Buyers. I will guide you through each step of the transaction and will be easy to reach if you have any questions at any time.
