Mount Pleasant Condos & Townhomes for Sale

There are a variety of townhome and condominium neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant, many with stunning marsh and river views, such as The Tides which is located near the Ravenel Bridge in lower Mount Pleasant. It is interesting to note (but not surprising) that the majority of interest in these units has so far come from long-time residents of Mount Pleasant who desired to stay in the area and simply downsize from a large house and yard to a modern, more manageable condo with terrific views and amenities. It is hard to beat the location next to Mount Pleasant’s Waterfront Park, which is just a short hop across the bridge to downtown Charleston and a six mile jaunt out to the Sullivan’s Island beach.
