Discover the Finest Homes and Neighborhoods In The Lowcountry
Welcome to jdhall.com!
If you are looking for a new home in the greater Charleston area, you have landed in the right spot. I have designed this website to highlight the finest homes and neighborhoods in the greater Charleston area. A good example includes our feature on iconic Shem Creek, which details highly desireable neighborhoods like Old Village and Old Mount Pleasant. as well as some lesser known subdivisions like Cooper Estates, Shemwood, The Groves, and Creekside Park. The neighborhoods in this area, and those adjacent to the Coleman Boulevard Corridor are convenient to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island beaches are an easy ten minute drive.
And we also have many pages dedicated to some lesser known areas that are known primarily by geographic features that don’t necessarily show up on Zillow. You can start browsing the community pages via the menu above, or do a more focused search using our advanced property search tool. If you are looking in a specific geographic area you can specify it by simply drawing a search area on the map.
It is also important to know that some information you find on aggregator websites like Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com is outdated and inaccurate. For this reason, you need a licensed, dues-paying member of the local MLS that can provide the accuracy and context you need in order to avoid confusion and lost time, but also to make the most informed decision possible. Today’s focused buyer needs an agent with the attention to detail and heightened sense of urgency required to move quickly in today’s competitive real estate market, one that not only understands the process but more importantly the commitment to service.
If you are interested in seeing properties or just taking a tour of neighborhoods with an experienced, licensed real estate professional, please give me a call. I enjoy helping people get to know the area and am available by appointment.

FIND OUT WHY YOU NEED A BUYER'S AGENT
Where aer the Finest Homes & Neighborhoods?
If you are interested in looking at new construction homes for sale, I strongly suggest you consider going into new developments in the company of a realtor who will represent you as a buyer’s agent. The builder’s sales staff are usually very friendly and are quite knowledgeable, but they are there principally to sell houses and are not required to protect your interests at all. In general, since they are in the employ of the builder they serve the builder’s interests only. So the question is, who is going to help you and protect your interests?
As your agent I will help you work with the builder’s sales staff to ensure that the entire transaction goes smoothly so that the builder’s punch list is properly met, timely inspections are made, and that your interests are protected throughout the entire course of the home buying process.
NO CHARGE TO YOU
It should also be noted that there is no charges made to our clients for this service. We do not charge any fees before, during, or after the process. We are paid a buyer’s agent commission at closing which is usually a percentage (usually 3%) of the final sales price and is paid from the seller’s side of the transaction.
